CBS sideline reporter Jamie Erdahl beat Alabama safety Jordan Battle and teammates in a basketball P-I-G game

"We plan to be involved in the business of college football, big-time college football, going forward, and to take advantage of that tradition we've established."
Erdahl provided some play-by-play for a few plays with Nessler and Danielson off the air.
One SEC game this week has already been postponed, and others could be, including the CBS game of Alabama-LSU.
“We believe that we have a good faith obligation to offer to enter into an exclusive negotiation period with CBS, but do not believe that CBS has any first refusal rights for reasons that can best be addressed by our legal counsel.”
LSU - Alabama was the second-most-watched regular-season college football game since 2011.
"It's fun to call a game when there's points and there's strategy and it's not just every yard is such a grind and every third down is 'God, is anybody ever going to convert a third down?' You've got these two offenses that can score literally in 11 seconds."
Alabama-LSU has been a primetime CBS game every year since 2010, but it won't be this year thanks to CBS' pick of Notre Dame-Georgia as their one contractually-allowed primetime game.
The CBS pick of Alabama-Texas A&M happened before last weekend's Florida win, but it also likely has a lot to do with markets and viewers.
Steratore has previously worked for CBS on NFL and NCAA basketball coverage. Now, he'll be adding SEC on CBS work as well.
The SEC appears set to cash in in a big way.
LaForce should find plenty of demand, and Erdahl is a very worthy replacement.
After 17 years apart, Nessler and Danielson are back together — and they say it's like they never split up.
