The settling of this trademark lawsuit may make it easier for Fox to acquire outside investors for the USFL.
It's reported that Fox is seeking $150-$200 million in outside investment.
In-person attendance was an issue for the USFL, and some of that was about playing in one city. Playing in two to four cities may help a bit, but means the league still won't play in all of its "local markets."
