Legendary pro wrestling commentator Jim Ross will miss this weekend's "AEW Double or Nothing" after being hospitalized.
AEW's Jim Ross, a legendary pro wrestling commentator, recently suggested that 2024 could be his final year in the chair.
"It was probably the quickest and easiest negotiation I’ve ever done in my career of 50 years."
"I apologize for the way I sounded tonight. Going to step away to heal. Thanks for your support."
Ross, 67, said "I still feel I can get the job done doing wrestling play-by-play, and I want to explore that opportunity and possibility." He's been linked to new promotion AEW in some reports.
The iconic duo will return for the special anniversary episode.
