Marsh will get his chance to work as a sideline reporter on a major network during the Premier Lacrosse League All-Star Game next month.
"Just knowing Paul and Mike so well, I just kind of had a feeling that if they didn't succeed, they were going to die trying. From just a story standpoint, I found them to be compelling subjects."
This is the second addition of lacrosse rights to ESPN's portfolio, after adding the indoor NLL in a deal last fall.
NBC's broadcast network will air three PLL games, with NBCSN airing 16 more and the other 20 available through a NBC Sports Gold package.
