This is our weekly look at the most popular — or in some cases our personal favorite — videos on Clippit over the past week. Clippit is an awesome app that allows us to quickly grab 30-second clips from several live TV broadcasts and share them on social media.

“They’re goin’ empty from the one!”

Tony Romo’s observations and enthusiasm continue to be awesome as a broadcaster for CBS.

During Sunday’s Broncos-Raiders game in Oakland, the former Cowboys quarterback was stunned that Derek Carr and the Raiders were lined up with an empty backfield formation from their own one-yard line. You rarely see this due to the threat of a safety, and the threat of a safety perhaps forcing a quarterback to panic with a dumb throw that turns into a pick-six.

So, it’s indeed a surprising playcall, and Romo made it clear that was understood as he yelled “They’re goin’ empty from the one!”

Jim Nantz laughed and said, “I hear your anxiety.”

“They’re gonna give him the ball, Jim!”

More Romo enthusiasm from that Broncos-Raiders game.

“Screw it!”

And one more from Romo.

Tommy Heinsohn said that he “took a look” at Celtics center Aron Baynes in the shower

This was, um, awkward.

“I took a look at Baynes in the shower. He looks like ALL of Australia. He is really put together.”

Sean McDonough was very aware of the Chiefs-Redskins point spread

A wacky final play resulted in a Chiefs seemingly meaningless touchdown to turn a 23-20 game into a 29-20 game. However, the touchdown was indeed meaningful for those that bet on the game — the Chiefs covered the spread and the over hit thanks to this touchdown — and ESPN’s Sean McDonough made sure to note that “this might be meanginful to some!” as the play unfolded.
