After last year’s depressing crop of Super Bowl ads (remember Nationwide’s dead kid?), this year’s crop will be bringing back the humor. It’s as if the advertising community got together en masse and decided to have America laugh during the commercial breaks.
Bud Light will be back this year and has tapped comedians Amy Schumer and Seth Rogen for what it’s calling “The Bud Light Party.” It’s going to have a political theme and will run through Election Day, but the entire ad campaign will be unveiled during the Super Bowl.
Here’s a preview of the ad:
We’ll see if the Bud Light Party campaign becomes one of the more popular ads in Super Bowl 50.
