Parks and Recreation included an awesome baseball Easter egg on Thursday

During Thursday night's episode of Parks and Recreation on NBC, the show snuck in a small Easter Egg that only hardcore baseball fans would notice.

You see the names on the law office? They're all related to the work of creator Michael Schur on Fire Joe Morgan back in the day. Babip is BABIP (batting average on balls in play), Pecota is PECOTA (Player Empirical Comparison and Optimization Test Algorithm, the projection system created by Nate Silver), Vorp is VORP (Value Over Replacement Player), and Eckstein is a reference to David Eckstein, who Schur and the rest of the FJM crew relentlessly hammered because of his "grit".
