Paddy Power is an Irish bookmaker who’s an official betting sponsor of top EPL clubs like Arsenal and Manchester City. The company sent this tweet advertising a deal for this afternoon’s Liverpool-Newcastle game. The Kop is Liverpool’s main supporters stand behind one of the goals and Paddy Power thought it would be a great idea to turn that into a pun about police violence towards African-Americans an ocean away. I just don’t even know, anymore.
