College football season is just a few weeks away. But until real football content comes along, the University of South Carolina created something fun from one of college football’s favorite offseason phenomenons: Last Chance U.
The Gamecocks recreated the opening credits to Netflix’s hit football documentary with this “Best Chance U’ video:

That took some serious legwork!
Of course, South Carolina added its own touches, making the video a commercial for its football team and coach Will Muschamp, but that’s the kind of creativity that can go a long way toward making a team popular on social media.
Because of the show’s popularity, there are probably a lot of people out there that know more about East Mississippi Community College football than South Carolina football. Perhaps the Gamecocks need their own show, too.
