Jamie Foxx trolled Stephen A. Smith after the Cowboys beat the Saints.

The lead-up to Thursday’s Saints-Cowboys game (which produced the highest Thursday Night Football rating ever) saw a whole lot of pundit insanity, including from ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith. Smith even decked himself out in Saints’ gear ahead of the game:

Well, that sparked some return trolling from Cowboys’ fans, especially after the win. And one of those fans just happens to be actor Jamie Foxx, who expressed his disapproval for Smith in an Instagram post…featuring him dancing (in an Emmett Smith jersey) to Wiz Khalifa’s “We Dem Boys” around a shrine of other Cowboys’ jerseys, and then going on a rant to the camera that included a Stephen A. impression?

“I told y’all. Don’t ever go against us. We dem boyz. I told y’all … and Stephen A. Smith, first of all, you have to understand that the Cowboys are America’s team and now you understand why.”

Well, all right, then. And Smith shared the video on Twitter:

Unsurprisingly, Smith had some heated words about the game’s result on First Take Friday too:

It’s unclear how 2018 progressed to a point where actually successful people like Jamie Foxx are not only taking note of whatever garbage Stephen A. is currently spewing, but also reacting to it with elaborate videos. But that’s apparently the new normal.
