Charles Barkley was describing NCAA Tournament action on Sunday and tried to channel his inner Jim McKay by quoting one of the great sports cliches ever – “the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat.”

Sir Charles’ execution in trying to quote the classic Wide World of Sports intro is about as pretty as trying to watch Northern Iowa inbound the basketball against a press:

In case you’re wondering how that’s really supposed to sound, here you go…

Now we can all picture that classic ABC intro with McKay saying, “losing just sucks.”
