The National Football League has announced two changes for Week 11 on Sunday, November 16. First, no change to the Sunday Night Football game which will be the New England Patriots at the Indianapolis Colts.
There are a couple of changes to the afternoon schedule. As Fox has the doubleheader, the NFL has moved the Philadelphia at Green Bay game from the 1 p.m. ET window to the late 4:25 p.m. timeslot. That becomes the featured game as Detroit at Arizona is the other game at 4:25 p.m.
In the 1 p.m. window, Minnesota at Chicago will move from Fox to CBS making that the second time this season that an NFC game has been given to the Tiffany Network.
This is part of the crossflex feature that took effect this season allowing the NFL to move games not only into Sunday Night Football for NBC but also Sunday afternoon from Fox to CBS and vice-versa. It’s a way to balance out the schedule as will be the case for Week 11 as both CBS and Fox will have four games in the 1 p.m. window as a result of this most recent flex. And it’s also an opportunity for a game to get a bigger audience i.e., Philadelphia at Green Bay.
So the schedule for Week 11 will look like this:

From Week 11 on, the NFL will have the opportunity to move any game except for the ones CBS and Fox have protected and can’t touch.
