The NHL hits the ground running immediately for the third round of its Stanley Cup Playoffs. It all starts an hour from now, as the Rangers and Canadiens fight Game 1 of an original six battle in the sport’s cathedral. The Los Angeles Kings and Chicago Blackhawks will rematch their Western Conference Final from last year beginning Sunday afternoon.
NBC will broadcast both Game 1s, as well as a special primetime broadcast of Game 3 of Los Angeles-Chicago on May 24th. Every other game will be on NBCSN. TSN will carry — as their final national NHL telecasts — Games 1, 2 and 4 of the Kings and Blackhawks, with CBC taking all else.
Here is the schedule in both nations.
