Johnny Manziel ripped on Merril Hoge’s…ties?

I never really bothered to look at Merril Hoge’s ties. But Johnny Manziel apparently has – and ripping on the size of Hoge’s ties is apparently considered a good enough comeback in response to Hoge’s criticism about Manziel’s play.
