If you’re a constant listener or viewer of the Dan Patrick Show, you’ll know that DP has been irked for the past few months about David Letterman calling him a stooge to Adam Sandler. Now whether you believe Sandler has been robbing the American people of their money based on little to no talent is immaterial. The whole issue is that DP has been bothered by the whole thing for months.
Well, Dan finally had his opportunity to address the comments with the man himself on Thursday’s show. Needless to say there was a little tension between Dan and Dave when Patrick brought up “the elephant in the room.”
It led to an interesting exchange with Dan eventually giving Dave all of the movies in which he’s made cameos with Sandler and Letterman pulling them out of a trash bin. The two shared some laughs which seemed cordial enough, but Patrick’s appearance still had a bit of awkwardness about it which makes you wonder what really is up with these two.
