Current St. Louis Rams (and not Atlanta Falcons) defensive end Chris Long saw himself going to the Atlanta Falcons today according to TSN. In actuality, Jake Long, the offensive tackle who was released from the Rams in March, was the one who signed with the Falcons. TSN mistakenly used a pic of Chris for their story on Jake.

Chris didn’t take this lightly and got a bit blunt on Twitter with his displeasure.

To be fair to Chris, I would probably react in a similar way. It’s bad enough the man has to try and live up to expectations as the son of an NFL Hall of Famer, but now he has to apparently live up to the expectations of the #1 overall pick in the 2008 NFL Draft. I’m sure things will get better for Chris.

And don’t worry, we made sure to not confuse the two players on here. We wouldn’t want to be on Chris’ bad side.
