WWE superstar Charlotte Flair is primed to make her motion picture debut soon.
Deadline Hollywood reported Tuesday that Flair, real name Ashley Elizabeth Fliehr, is set to star in a new indie horror movie production from Averted Vision Pictures entitled You Lose You Die.
Carlos “Spiff TV” Suarez, who Deadline Hollywood notes as a multihyphenate, will make his directorial debut for this film. Freddy Rodriguez of Six Feet Under fame will also star in the movie.

“You Lose You Die follows sociopathic tech expert, Mr. Fantastik (Rodriguez), who runs a popular show on the dark web with two other sociopathic tech experts, Ms. Perfect (Fliehr) and Mr. Creep (Anthony Alvarez),” reads the plot description from Deadline. “On the show, thousands of viewers vote on games and challenges for prisoners to participate in. If the prisoners lose, viewers vote on the weapons the sociopaths use to kill them.”
Flair is the latest WWE superstar to enter the film world. Along with celebrated stars making the crossover to films like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, John Cena, and Dave Bautista, many others have recently found their way into the industry as well.
Liv Morgan was featured in The Kill Room alongside Uma Thurman and Samuel L. Jackson. A movie entitled Queen of the Ring began filming last year that features All Elite Wrestling Women’s World Champion Toni Storm. And there have been many other recent crossovers as well.
With WWE’s transition under TKO, you can probably expect more crossover opportunities for pro wrestling’s biggest stars. Charlotte Flair is just the latest in a list of wrestlers-turned-actors that continues to grow.
