Kansas City is hosting its first Royals playoff game since the US Grant administration and to commemorate the occasion, TBS interviewed George Brett. Of course, they made the most of their time with Brett by having him plug the network’s lineup of retread and second-rate comedies.
Naturally, Brett forgot the two words of the network’s tagline – “very” and “funny.” It’s not like we’d want him to focus on baseball or anything.
