A gentleman named Glenn Clark was calling the women’s lacrosse game between D-III schools Stevenson and Haverford over the weekend. He took the occasion to pay homage to arguably the last of NBC’s beloved comedies, Parks and Rec, and his favorite character Tom Haverford. (Get it? They share the same name!)
What follows is one of the more creative calls to ever make its way to small college lacrosse and a fine tribute to one of the last shows on NBC that has actually made people laugh intentionally.
