There’s no football quite like D-3 football, especially in a rivalry game where a botched game-winning field goal attempt turns into a game-winning touchdown. Cortland State played Ithaca in the Cortaca Jug game and won at the buzzer under those improbable circumstances. Of course, the part we love most is the jubilant reaction of the Cortland announcers, who go all “Gus Johnson NCAA Tournament buzzer beater” levels of crazy.
Just how they drew it up.
