Very sad news as we head into the Final Four – Turner sideline reporter Craig Sager’s leukemia has returned, as announced by his son on Twitter.

A year ago, Sager was diagnosed with leukemia during a road trip in San Antonio. He battled the disease and returned to the air earlier this month, and was scheduled to work as the sideline reporter with Marv Albert, Chris Webber, and Len Elmore during the NCAA Tournament.
However, Sager wasn’t able to make the trip to Omaha to join the trio, and unfortunately, our worst fears have been confirmed.
Hopefully this is just a minor setback for Sager and we see him back on the sidelines sometime during the NBA Playoffs. We’re all pulling for you, Craig.
