Deion Sanders says journalist addressing him as “Deion” was “disrespectful” despite Saban proof, references Aflac commercial

Sanders said this week "That was just someone being disrespectful," but there was plenty of proof that the journalist in question had previously addressed other coaches by their first names. And Sanders' citation of an Aflac commercial does not help his case.

Sanders ' "If you call Nick (Saban), Nick, you'll get cussed out on the spot, so don't do that to me" comment was not accurate, as Saban has been called "Nick" many times without reacting with curses. But Sanders did bring up an interesting discussion on how different coaches are treated.
