This week, Michael Rapaport revealed the direct messages Kevin Durant had sent him, which contained homophobic and misogynistic language. Durant has now been fined by the NBA.
Rapaport's breach of contract claim will move forward, however.
The legal back-and-forth between Rapaport and Barstool features much more discussion of herpes than you usually see in sports media court cases.
