With the Mountain West and Pac-12 at a standstill, the MAC may be the next target for a conference realignment raid.

The MAC is proposing to play football in the spring, and other conferences may follow. ESPN reportedly has interest in televising the MAC's games then, and they may wind up being fine televising other conference games in the spring as well.
Set to start in Cleveland, MAC tournament games will feature essential team and media personnel only, with no fans in attendance.
