Fox could have blocked ‘Roundball Rock’ from returning to NBC

NBC already promoted the return of Roundball Rock for the NBA, but negotiations between the network and John Tesh have hit a snag.

A new version of the song is also on the way.

The Fox Sports license for college basketball games doesn't preclude other networks from licensing the theme for NBA games.

All signs point to "yes."
