Charter's decision to join Comcast's streaming device/smart TV project rather than do their own gives the combined venture significant scale, and perhaps paves the way for some eventual OTT service bundling deals.

Marquee looks a lot better financially if they're able to strike a deal with Comcast and gain access to large numbers of Comcast's 1.56 million Chicago-area subscribers. We'll see if that happens, though.
