The WNBA is more than a week behind schedule and has not announced an award winner since Sept. 23.
Engelbert's contention of inaccuracies "pretty much pushed the relationship beyond repair."
Cathy Engelbert denied making controversial comments about Caitlin Clark to Napheesa Collier, but she's said something similar publicly.
"If you didn't say that, you should say that you didn't say that. She said, instead, there have been a lot of inaccurate statements."
