Andrés Cantor is Argentinian and like any great broadcaster, he does his best to be fair and impartial. But whether or not you are Argentinian, you have to appreciate this strike by Angel Di Maria to put Argentina level with France in the World Cup round of 16. To say that Cantor appreciated this goal, that would be an understatement as he went above and beyond on this goal call.

Cantor loves to extend his “GOOOLLLL” calls but even this was impressive for him. Cantor yelled “Goal” twice for over 20 seconds and if you’re going to do that for one goal, do it for this. At halftime, France and Argentina were tied 1-1 with the winner facing either Uruguay or Portugal in the quarterfinal.
