Position Sports and The E.W. Scripps Company announced Friday they’ll present the inaugural Scripps Sports Women’s Basketball Showcase on Wednesday, Dec. 16, at Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix, featuring some of the top teams and players in the country.
The defending national champion UCLA Bruins will face the Duke Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. ET while 2024-25 consensus national player of the year JuJu Watkins and the USC Trojans will take on the Miami Hurricanes in a nationally televised doubleheader at 9:30 p.m. ET. Both games will be televised on ION.

Scripps also leaned further into its FAST strategy by launching a dedicated sports network earlier this year, where it airs exclusive live games from the PWHL and simulcasts games from the NWSL and Major League Volleyball.
