It is the start of a new NBA season but the Golden State Warriors remain the league’s top ratings draw. Their 120-117 victory over the Washington Wizards on Friday, Oct. 27 drew 605,000 viewers on NBA TV. The telecast nearly matched last season’s three most-watched game telecasts on the league’s cable network, all three of which featured the Warriors: at Houston Rockets from Mar. 28 (748,000); at Portland Trail Blazers from Nov. 1, 2016 (692,000); at Los Angeles Lakers from Nov. 25, 2016 (627,000).
