It’s rare to see sports media personalities the subject of trading cards, but in an upcoming series, people like Paul Finebaum, Jay Glazer, Allie LaForce, Sage Steele, and Ken Rosenthal will be part of a new set.
Topps is publishing the set under the Allen & Ginter brand, a retro series of trading cards. Other names included are Tom Rinaldi, as well as former ESPNers Andy Katz and Jayson Stark.
Of course, we have images of some the cards. Here’s Paul Finebaum:

Andy Katz (notice no network on his mic flag):
CBS’s Allie LaForce:
Ken Rosenthal, representing MLB Network:
Stephen A. Smith:
Jayson Stark:
Sage Steele:
These are rather intriguing choices to put on trading cards. Other personalities include former Rutgers football player Eric LeGrand, actor William Shatner, and Gene Hackman as Coach Norman Dale from Hoosiers.
The Allen & Ginter cards showcase baseball players, noted celebrities and famous global athletes. This particular set will be released on July 19. Earlier this year, Topps rolled out a series of MLB Network-themed insert cards in the Series 1 and 2 releases of their flagship brand.
