Regarding Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, there’s been no shortage of perhaps the most-talked-about relationship on the globe on Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson’s podcast — Calm Down with Erin and Charissa.

Andrews’ enthusiasm for Swift is apparent. She even sang along to the singer on the Today Show, flustering Al Roker. And on her podcast, Andrews likewise got excited upon learning that Swift shops her clothing line.

On the other side of the equation, Andrews and Thompson interestingly revealed that someone within the sports media industry was critical of them for their praise of Kelce. But that hasn’t stopped either one of them from discussing him and his pop star sensation girlfriend, as they did on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon Thursday.

Fallon asked Andrews and Thompson about predicting the two would end up in the highly publicized relationship and lauded their “matchmaking” abilities.

“Yes, Jimmy, we are responsible for that,” said Thompson. “You’re welcome, America.”

“Obviously, we’ve covered him, and we’re friends with him,” Andrews said. “And how could you not be? The guy’s a time, right? I’ve seen him in action on a golf course and everything. He’s a time, and he had mentioned on his podcast that he went to the show and wanted to meet her afterward but didn’t get the chance to. So, we just started talking about it on our podcast, saying, ‘Taylor, do this for America; date him.’

“I mean, the guy — he’s not ugly by any means. And did you see the Saturday Night Live skit where he liked lifting up other girls so they could get the feeling of what it was like to date a big, strong man? We were like, ‘Taylor, go!'”

“We were advocating early on, and he was very sweet and he commented,” Thompson added. “And he was like, ‘I owe you guys big time.’ So then, of course, everyone gives us credit. We’ll take the credit. But I just love both of them, and I’m so happy to see them happy.”
