Kelley O’Hara is stepping into a new chapter of her media career with the 2025 launch of a women’s sports studio show.

This week, the two-time Women’s World Cup champion announced, in partnership with Just Women’s Sports, that her new series Sports Are Fun! will debut on February 4. Co-hosted by O’Hara and Greydy Diaz, the show will bring together a rotating lineup of co-hosts and guests to discuss everything and anything happening in the world of women’s sports.

Here’s a look at the podcast description via Apple Podcasts.

Sports Are Fun! is a show that’ll remind you why you fell in love with (women’s sports). Join World Cup champ, Olympic gold medalist, and aspiring barista Kelley O’Hara as she sits down with sports journalist Greydy Diaz and a revolving cast of co-host and friends.

Together, they’re talking the biggest, funnest and most need-to-know stories in the world of women’s sports.

From on-court drama to off-field shenanigans, to candid (and silly) chats with the biggest personalities in the space, this is everything that reminds you: Sports Are Fun!

New episodes every Tuesday

As O’Hara prepares to become the latest former female athlete to make her mark in media and content creation, she recently shared insights about what fans can expect from Sports Are Fun! ahead of its February launch.

“This is a show that will remind fans why they fell in love with sports,” O’Hara said. “That means tapping into all the stories, big or small, that get the group chat going. You’ll feel like you’re there with us, talking about your favorite games, teams, and athletes.”

“The next step in the evolution of women’s sports is building out a media ecosystem that can keep fans connected around-the-clock,” added Just Women’s Sports founder and CEO Haley Rosen. “This show closes the gap when it comes to innovative, personality-driven coverage, and we’re thrilled to be partnering with Intuit TurboTax as they make a splash in the women’s sports space.”

While O’Hara is stepping into a full-time role as an on-air personality and content creator, she’s no stranger to the space — or to Just Women’s Sports.

She’s had a long-standing partnership with JWS, launching The Just Women’s Podcast with Kelley O’Hara in 2020. Since then, O’Hara and JWS have collaborated on various successful shows, including The Players Pod, The Gold Standard, Fast Friends with Kelley O’Hara and Lisa Leslie, and digital hits like Kelley on the Street and 1v1 with Kelley O’Hara.

The show will be available on YouTube and all major podcast platforms.
