If there’s a current rising star in the sports media business, it’s Trevor Sikkema.
And while his ascension at Pro Football Focus may have been by default, it’s not without merit. As his role expands significantly into the NFL content space, it should be noted that what Sikkema has accomplished as PFF’s leading NFL Draft analyst, along with his NFL Stock Exchange podcast with Connor Rogers, is plenty of evidence that he’d be able to handle an NFL workload, and do so diligently
And that’s what he’s doing.
As Awful Announcing’s Andrew Bucholtz reported, Bleav and PFF have joined forces. Bleav will now distribute all of PFF’s podcasts, which include the PFF NFL Show, PFF Fantasy Football Podcast, The PFF College Football Show, NFL Stock Exchange, PFF Daily Best Takes, and PFF Forecast.
Sikkema will be taking on the lead role on the flagship podcast and announced as much Wednesday as he shared details of PFF’s new daily content schedule moving forward. In a post on X, Sikkema wrote, “I’m excited to have a bigger role covering the NFL (+ the draft still), but I’m more excited about who I am getting to work with on some new shows…”

Here’s a breakdown of what that Monday-Thursday schedule looks like:
On Mondays, Sikkema’s PFF NFL Podcast will host “The PFF Grade Release Show.” In junction with PFF’s Dalton Wasserman, the two will review each NFL game by debuting the unlocked PFF grades for players and teams from the Thursday and Sunday games at 1 p.m. ET.

PFF will dive deeper into specific NFL positions every Tuesday and Wednesday with their new shows.
“Trenches Breakdown” features Sikkema Ollie Connolly. Each week, the pair analyzes a specific aspect of NFL trench play, such as a player’s performance, a team trend, or a new technique.

Sikkema and PFF’s Seth Galina will host a weekly quarterback show every Tuesday titled “QB Breakdown.” They’ll dive deep into the league’s quarterbacks, examining standout performances, offensive trends, and all the factors influencing the quarterback market throughout the season.

For those who remember the early days of Locked On NFL Draft, Sikkema and Jon Ledyard will reunite every Wednesday to bring a weekly rookie report called “Rookie Roundup.” They’ll discuss the most notable rookie performances, analyze key stats, and much more.
