The latest example of technical difficulties comes from the South Carolina Gamecocks-Texas A&M Aggies game Saturday. At one point during that game, one of the stadium mics produced quite a bit of feedback:

Some weird stadium microphone feedback thing is happening in the South Carolina/Texas A&M game, thus making it revolting to at least 2 human senses now.

There’s a feedback loop on the speakers at Kyle Field and it won’t stop. The game has been delayed.

We’ve seen lots of broadcast technical difficulties over the years, but it’s more unusual to see those pop up on a stadium mic, especially this loudly and for this long. It seems this was eventually brought under control, though. In the end, Texas A&M won the game 30-6.
