There have been quite a few cats on the field this year, including one invading the Cowboys-Giants Monday Night Football broadcast earlier this month and one invading the pitch during the Everton-Wolves English Premier League match back in February. The latest came in college football Saturday during the Memphis-USF broadcast, with a cat running onto the field at Raymond James Stadium during the game:

It’s not quite at Kevin Harlan levels, but this is a solid discussion of this from ESPNU announcers Clay Matvick and Ryan Leaf. Leaf’s “They’ve got to look to maybe signing this guy” and Matvick’s “He’s got some moves” are particularly good comments. And this might have been the most entertaining part of this game, which wound up as a 49-10 win for No. 18 Memphis.
