If you have been watching Jeopardy!, you have been watching the complete and utter dominance of James Holzhauer. A professional sports gambler from Las Vegas, Holzhauer’s aggressive style by betting big on Daily Doubles and Final Jeopardy! has resulted in multiple single-day records and a current total of $1,225,987 and counting on his 16-day run.

TNT’s Inside the NBA crew of Shaquille O’Neal, Kenny Smith, and Charles Barkley tried to play the game (emphasis on tried) and it was more like SNL’s Celebrity Jeopardy! than actual Jeopardy!.

First off, bonus points to Ernie Johnson for rocking the Bob Barker skinny mic when hosting this version of Jeopardy! That was a nice touch.

Next, I’m going to cut the guys some slack because these are actual answers that Holzhauer got correct. Not too many of us would actually get these right, and expecting someone like Charles Barkley to nail these answers would be expecting way too much.

Speaking of Barkley, he was the only one of the three who was on the actual celebrity version of the game show. Going against Martha Stewart and Survivor host Jeff Probst in 2001, Barkley didn’t fare much better. Barkley entered Final Jeopardy! in last with $1,800 and lost it all, though he at least he got $10,000 for his charity. Somehow, Barkley won $250,000 for his charity playing Who Wants to be a Millionaire?, and we can’t forget how the Inside the NBA crew won $25,000 on Family Feud.

Safe to say, if these guys ever get on Jeopardy!, it’ll be an even easier day for James Holzhauer.
