Uninterrupted The Real Stories of Basketball Photo Credit: Vice TV

LeBron James’ Uninterrupted brand has partnered in a new basketball docuseries that will debut in June.

Variety.com reports that Vice TV will air the series, Uninterrupted: The Real Stories of Basketball, beginning June 4. The eight-episode series will feature iconic moments, stories, and players in basketball history. It was produced in conjunction with SpringHill Company and MY Entertainment.

Vice TV dropped a short trailer for the series Friday,


Former NBA player and now analyst Matt Barnes will narrate the series. James will serve as an executive producer.

“As a lifelong student of the game and all of its iconic history and culture, I’m excited about this series that relives some of basketball’s biggest moments and the stories behind them for a whole new generation to experience,” James said in a statement (via Variety.com).

The series will feature stories and contributions from an impressive list of former stars, including Jason Kidd, Shawn Kemp, Bill Walton, Detlef Schrempf, Bill Laimbeer, Gary Payton, Richard Jefferson, Kenyon Martin,  and Spud Webb.
