TNT’s Craig Sager was a special guest of the Chicago Cubs today as the team had a special “Conquer Cancer Day” at Wrigley Field. Sager, who grew up a Cubs fan, got to throw out the ceremonial first pitch and sing “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” to thunderous applause.

Sager announced in late March his cancer is no longer in remission. He had been diagnosed with leukemia in 2014. Sager is still working to improve his health but an opportunity to be a guest of his beloved Cubbies was an opportunity to lift the spirits of anyone affected by any form of cancer.

Of course, this is Craig Sager we are talking about. You don’t care about his first pitch. You want to know what he was wearing to the ballpark.

He did put on a Cubs jersey for his first pitch but he showed up to Wrigley Field in a white suit jacket. By Craig Sager standards, this is pretty tame, but he did match the color scheme of the Cubbies and that was by no means an accident.
