Spectrum SportsNet LA broadcast the Los Angeles Dodgers’ World Series celebration on Friday. Anyone wondering if the event was live, or on a delay to bleep out profanity, quickly got an answer.

The Dodgers held a parade through the city, ending at Dodger Stadium, where team members addressed the crowd. Pitcher Walker Buehler had a memorable line, telling fans, “We’re World f***ing champions, motherf***ers!”

Pitcher Brent Honeywell Jr. told the crowd, “I’ll do anything to bring a f***ing championship here to Los Angeles. Let’s f***ing go!”

There were some wholesome moments too, including when Shohei Ohtani addressed the crowd in English.

β€œThis is so special a moment for me,” Ohtani said. “I’m so honored to be here and to be part of this team. Congratulations, Los Angeles!”

Family-friendly stuff from Ohtani. What else would you expect from the Japanese superstar?

Fans reacting on X didn’t seem to mind the occasional NSFW language Friday.
