Over the past couple of years, MLB Network has been doing more on-location shoots. That’s included with their daily Intentional Talk show, which is set to air live from a college campus for the second time Friday. That will be from TCU, following the conclusion of MLBN’s coverage of the Pittsburgh Pirates-Chicago Cubs game, with an estimated start time of 5:30 p.m. ET. Hosts Ryan Dempster, Siera Santos, and Kevin Millar called into MLBN’s MLB Central ahead of that earlier Friday:

The Dempster-Santos-Millar team has been in place on Intentional Talk since last March. And they’ve produced some notable moments to date, with some of those coming live on location:
“Coming to Boston made me a better player. The fans… they demand so much of you and I gotta be on my A-game every night.”

As mentioned, this is the second on-campus live-on-location broadcast for Intentional Talk. The show previously did that from Texas’ campus in 2022. But it’s notable to see the Dempster-Santos-Millar cast doing this, and it fits in with some wider on-location efforts from MLBN.
