The relationship status of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and pop star Taylor Swift continues to be a subject.
Fox News took it a step further than the most recent engagement rumors, however.
During a segment, you could hear one of the hosts saying all he cares about is if Taylor Swift gets engaged. “It’s all I think about,” he said.
Then another host said, “She needs to have babies! We want her to have children.”

Later, another host says of Travis Kelce: “He decided he wanted to be a Swiftie and now his game has decreased … The fall of every great man is always … a woman.” pic.twitter.com/NgzHNT5Mk3

The host then doubled down saying being in your 30s is when you want to have children. Swift, 34, hasn’t made any public comment on the future of motherhood lately from what I’ve seen outside of the usual tabloids.
And the engagement rumor isn’t completely out of thin air.
During Monday Night Football on ESPN, Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman kept referring to Swift as Kelce’s wife.
Aikman: “The missus likes it.”
Buck: “You know they’re not married?”
Aikman: “I’m sure I’m in trouble for saying that.”
Buck: “My daughters have warned me multiple times today, ‘Dad, I know you think you’re funny. Don’t make any jokes.'” pic.twitter.com/vBmXT5vaxC

Oh … but it gets better.
After the small talk toward the Kelce brothers’ successful podcast, New Heights, there was a comment about Travis’ lack of production on the field since becoming a “Swiftie.”
While he hasn’t put up the numbers he has in the past after being an All-Pro four times, the Chiefs are 5-0. People aren’t throwing away the discussions of him being a future Hall of Famer.
Then, one of the Fox News’ host took it to another level: “The fall of every great man is always … a woman.”
The other hosts didn’t appear to agree with him, but he said it.
