Game 3 of the World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Boston Red Sox is currently taking place at Dodger Stadium, and plenty of celebrities and Dodger legends are on hand for the big night.

That includes actor Rob Lowe and Hall of Fame pitcher Sandy Koufax.

Well, the Fox Sports Twitter account was able to identify Lowe, but somehow confused Koufax with Bill Nye.

It’s a pretty incredible gaffe, and it’s especially rough when you consider that, you know- *Fox* is showing the game. And when you consider that Koufax is a baseball *legend* for the team hosting Friday’s game. Koufax became the youngest player (36) to be elected into the Hall of Fame in 1972. He’s a four-time World Series champion. He’s won the NL MVP once and the NL Cy Young Award three times. Hell, he’s a two-time World Series MVP! The man is one of the greatest pitchers in baseball history and should be one of the easiest people to identify at Dodger Stadium.

Fox Sports obviously deleted the tweet after a few minutes.

Putting aside not identifying Koufax, during the World Series, at Dodger Stadium… does Koufax really even look that much like Nye?

Not really.
