Jorge Sedano as Chris Russo Credit: Around the Horn

Halloween is always a special occasion for ESPN’s Around the Horn, and this year, Jorge Sedano came as a fellow ESPN personality.

Competing against Australian Olympian Raygun (Courtney Cronin), Club Shay Shay standout guest Katt Williams (David Dennis Jr.) and Woody Paige as Beetlejuice, Sedano was the standout. The Los Angeles-based reporter and radio host nailed his impression of the legendary WFAN and SiriusXM yeller, even bringing Russo’s signature gummies as a prop.

In the past couple of years, the Russo Renaissance on First Take has made an enormous splash and has been massive for ESPN. The recognizable impression, replete with those gummies and the “What I’m Mad About” branding behind him, speaks to just how big a star Russo is as the Worldwide Leader these days.

Last year, Sedano also sported an ESPN-themed costume. The NBA sideline reporter and ESPN LA host welcomed the network’s newest star talent, Pat McAfee, by delivering an equally impressive McAfee impression.

Sedano made the best sports media in-joke, but Cronin won the day. Her Australian accent, ridiculous dance moves, and goofy references reminded everyone of the standout break-dancer from the Paris Olympics.

To end this year’s show, host Tony Reali joined in on the fun.

The former Pardon the Interruption moderator dressed up as the recently unveiled Dwyane Wade statue in Miami, and even dropped a “stat boy to stat-ue” joke.

At the very least, Sedano has earned a return trip to ATH on Halloween next year.
