On Sunday, much of the discussion on ESPN programming naturally revolved around the two NFL Divisional Round matchups. But ahead of the highly anticipated games, SportsCenter anchor Hannah Storm turned heads with her unique wardrobe.

Storm, who was hosting SportsCenter on Sunday from the site Monday Night’s National Championship game between Ohio State and Notre Dame, had many ESPN personalities from reporters to insiders like Adam Schefter join her throughout Sunday’s show.

But throughout the entirety of SportsCenter, Storm could be seen wearing a puffy black coat along with a black hat that you would like see a railroad conductor wear.

Naturally, Storm’s outfit got a number of comparisons from viewers on social media. Just about everything from the character Vito from the hit drama The Sopranos to a member of the disco group The Village People were used as comparisons for Storm’s outfit.

“Village People Hannah Storm is my favorite Hannah Storm,” wrote NFL Media producer Chris Law on X.

“Sopranos (Vito) there is no other answer,” wrote Ryan Ermanni of Fox 2 in Detroit.

“Hannah Storm looks like she auditioning to be background performer in an old-school Janet Jackson music video,” wrote Michael Grant of Awful Announcing.

To be fair to Storm, it wasn’t the kind of weather most would expect of a game in Atlanta. On Sunday, the high temperature in Atlanta was just 46 degrees. So the coat and hat combination certainly makes sense.

Still, the outfit was certainly a choice that drew plenty of attention to her. Just maybe not the kind of attention that Storm was hoping to get.
