Maybe ESPN’s The Fantasy Show was inspired by the release of the movie It or Halloween candy already being available in stores. (In early September? Seriously?) Whatever the case, this segment analyzing injuries with live-action skeletal figures might just give you the creepies.
Its “Show me where it hurts” with injury expert Stephania Bell. As Bell goes over the big fantasy news with host Matthew Berry, two live-action skeleton figures acted out (?) where the injury was? One of the skeleton figures shows what I believe is the muscular system while one shows the skeletal system. At least that’s what I think they are. It’s been a while since I took 7th grade biology.
The thing I love most about this video is that Bell and Berry completely no-sell the fact that there are creepy skeleton figures on stage just kind of gently holding each other and pointing out where the injury they are talking about is located.
I mean, come on, look at this. It’s like something out of American Horror Story! Is this really suitable for basic cable? More like The Nightmare Show.
While the monstrous Skeletor Fantasy Football Twins are a little bit out there, I personally can’t wait until they replace Stephen A. Smith and Max Kellerman on First Take.
