If you had Adam Schefter vs. QuikTrip on your Feuds of 2025 bingo card, you may find yourself as an unexpected winner.
Schefter reported that the NFL was considering expanding its review process to include certain penalties. He opened his article saying, “For all those complaining that Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes gets too many calls, relief soon could be on the way.” That wording earned Schefter a lot of criticism.
It also seemed to rub QuikTrip — or at least whoever was running QuikTrip’s X account on Sunday — the wrong way. The convenience store promised a thread with “some thoughts” on Schefter.
