Fans can’t stop talking about the upcoming July 19 release of the much-awaited “EA Sports College Football 25.”

Thus far, the buzz is overwhelmingly positive, not surprising for a popular franchise that hasn’t been released since 2013 due to player compensation issues that have since been resolved.

But while the game will leave fans awestruck with its graphics and other features, there are always glitches in new releases.

The Barstool Texas State account made an X post citing one such mistake, pointing out that the game mistakenly left out the second deck of the Bobcats’ stadium.

To be fair, UFCU Stadium does have two decks.

Just because something is true, doesn’t mean fans want to hear about it. Fans roasted the Barstool Texas State X account and the program itself for the complaint.

“If this game gets delayed to add the second deck of the f****** Texas State Bobcats I’m gonna be livid,” responded X user TC Manning.

Social media can be a brutal place, and Texas State certainly doesn’t deserve that hate. The Sun Belt Conference program, which began play in 2012, finished 8-5 last season. The Bobcats made their first bowl appearance, beating Rice 45-21 in the First Responder Bowl. That kind of success will put more fans in that second deck in 2024.
