Your 2026 Week 0 college football announcing schedule

The 2026 FBS college football season kicks off with Week 0 on Saturday, beginning with Bill Belichick and North Carolina taking on TCU at the Aer Lingus College Football Classic in Dublin, Ireland.

The UNC-TCU game will air on ESPN and Disney+, with Mike Monaco on play-by-play, Jordan Rodgers as the color commentator, and Dana Boyle as the sideline reporter. As was recently reported, Monaco, Rodgers, and Boyle will mainly form ESPN’s crew for Friday night games this season.

Additionally, former LSU, Notre Dame, and Cincinnati head coach Brian Kelly will make his debut as a color commentator for the Jacksonville State-North Dakota State game on CBS Sports Network.

In total, there will be eight FBS college football games in Week 0, all on Saturday. Week 1 will follow with games from Thursday, Sept. 3 through Monday, Sept. 7.
