Longtime NFL insider Josina Anderson took to X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday to announce that she has amicably parted ways with CBS Sports.
Anderson joined CBS Sports after nine years at ESPN. Her contract with the Worldwide Leader expired in 2020, and the two sides elected to part ways then. Her departure saw network veterans like Field Yates, Jeremy Fowler, Dan Graziano, Kimberly Martin and Dianna Russini, who recently left for The Athletic, fill the void that was left on shows she regularly appeared on, like Sunday NFL Countdown, NFL Live and SportsCenter.
I want to thank the CBS Sports team for my experience and time there. I’m amicably moving on to future ventures. I wish all of the talented insiders, anchors, reporters, producers, executives and support staff the best.
Cordially,

She has been with CBS Sports since September 2021, when she debuted on CBS Sports HQ. But after nearly three years as the network’s senior NFL insider, she has elected to move on to pursue other ventures.
What that is right now is currently unclear, but she did join FS1’s Undisputed cast last August when Skip Bayless tried to shake up the show with numerous additions after Shannon Sharpe’s departure.
But it’s also been over a few months since Anderson was last seen on FS1’s airwaves.
What’s next for Anderson remains to be seen, but she’s undoubtedly one of the top NFL insiders in the game and a well-sourced one at that.
